Required skills:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Basic math, computer, and internet skills
• Operate a variety of power/manual tools and equipment used in skilled carpentry
• Basic knowledge of carpentry and constructions terms, techniques and procedures
• Smart phone capable of taking progress pictures
• Ability to climb a ladder
• Prolonged periods standing and working outside
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks
• Be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
• Be personally driven, motivated and a good manager of time
• Strong sense of accountability

Compensation based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have

• 3-years of experience in multi-skilled carpenter including all areas of remodeling (cabinets, doors, floors, drywall, paint, siding, tile, wood, etc.).
• Experience in being a part of a team and taking directions from others.
• Good communication and people skills to listen and hear customer expectations and needs.
• Good communication and people skills to build up others on the team.
• Be able to accurately complete documentation with detail and efficiency.
