Lee’s Famous Recipe was established in 1966 by the nephew of Colonel Harland Sanders, Lee Comings. Lee’s serves chicken and biscuits and daily made fresh country side items. The chicken is never frozen and is hand breaded. Lee’s offers dine-in, carry-out, drive-thru, and catering.
Jefferson City Lee’s was opened in 1989. The Rolla location was opened in 1991, and Columbia, Mo in 2004: all by the Fisher family and is locally owned and operated.
Lee’s Chicken in Rolla, Columbia and Jefferson City, MO is looking for managers to join our team. We offer competitive salaries, bonus potential monthly, one week of vacation after one year, tuition reimbursement. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities:
• Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
• Delegate tasks to the team and provide follow-up
• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
• Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
• Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
