Job Description :

Koelling Family Chiropractic is seeking a Chiropractic Reception & Account Management Assistant to work in both Fulton and Jefferson City locations on a full-time or part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, assisting with scheduling, billing, and back-office clinic procedures.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Greet patients and visitors, answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
  • Collect patient payments and manage billing and collections
  • Assist with back-office clinic procedures, including preparing treatment rooms and assisting doctors as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

  • Must be able to love people, be coachable, and dependable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing preferred
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Hourly compensation of $13-$16
