An authorized Retail outlet for Case IH, Case, Kubota along with other short line equipment companies. The company operates 10 retail location in Missouri serving the needs of the agriculture and construction industries along with suppling products to Consumers for lawn and garden care.

Job Description :

  • Assist internal and external customers in person and over the phone
  • Prepare quotes
  • Establish parts availability and place parts orders
  • Receive and deliver parts
  • Maintain accurate inventories and organization of products
  • Stock inventory and assist with merchandise displays
  • Match invoices to packing lists
  • Maintain proficiency with electronic business system and other computer programs
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Ability to respond quickly, efficiently, and professionally to demands and requests from customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer relations and phone skills
  • Ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflict
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Case and Kubota equipment and parts
