This part-time position is located at our Downtown Columbia, MO Main Bank. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-1:00pm.
Manages the administrative activities of the marketing department including assisting the Senior Vice President of Marketing with phones, communications and general inquiries.
Is responsible to the Senior Vice President of Marketing/Director of Marketing for all tasks and activities. Manages the day-to-day operations of the department including organizing support services for other members of the marketing team. Provides some periodic data base management and reporting. Responsible for compliance with all banking regulations which are applicable to the job, including Bank Secrecy Act and information security initiatives.
Organizational skills are critical along with flexibility and a positive attitude toward a deadline-oriented, rapidly changing environment. Must have high level of comfort with the personal computer including extensive knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and databases. Must be cooperative, with a can-do attitude. Must be flexible with the ability to work as a team player. Must be sensitive to others. Ability to work with a wide variety of people. Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Access.
