We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. A typical work week for this position is Tuesday through Friday, day and evening shifts, and Saturday evening shift. We are not open for Saturday lunch service. Kitchen is closed Sunday and Monday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and food service, with experience in grill and saute. As a Grill and Saute Cook, you will help oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. Must live in the Mexico area or be willing to relocate here.
