Lawn Care Technicians, Mowing Crew, Landscape Maintenance

Pay Range $35K-75K annually.
Starting pay $20 per hour + Commission, you also would have a Commision Only option that can easily yield $30 plus an hour for an experienced employee.

These positions are all things outdoors, but primarily lawncare/maintenance and snow removal positions. We are seeking dependable personnel who are looking to join a stable company with over 30 years in the business. We need mowing crew personnel for  full time positions with employer paid benefits after probationary period, Paid Holidays, Earned time off (vacation) Plus performance/attendance bonuses available.

These positions entail physical exertion in all types of weather conditions. Applicants should be physically able to lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly, able to operate commercial mowing equipment; including commercial walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, edger, Z-turn mowers and various other hand-held equipment. Applicant must possess the ability to use simple hand tools such as rakes, shovels, spades, mulch forks, wheelbarrows and tarps. Starting pay will be based off of verifiable experience and performance. We will not negotiate wages prior to interview or over the phone. A valid driver’s license is required , however we will consider candidate’s without a license. Preferred qualifications: Pesticide Tech/Commercial Applicator Driver’s License Lawn Care/Commercial Mowing Experience Landscape Maintenance Experience.
