Henderson Implement is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Service Writer. This role supports the Service Department by coordinating customer service, managing work orders, and assisting with daily operations across the shop. Responsibilities include communicating with customers, opening and closing work orders while entering job details, assisting with quotes, and coordinating parts and labor, handling clerical duties, and clearly explaining repair costs and status updates to customers. This position is open for the Columbia and Fulton location.
The ideal candidate will have experience and a proven track record.
